Currently, we only ship within the U.S. via USPS, fully insured with tracking. USPS First Class averages 4-7 days ship time (outside of processing time), USPS Priority 2-3 day is 2-3 days shipping (outside of processing time), and USPS Priority Express 1-day is 1 day (outside of processing time).

Packages over $150 require a signature. Any adult at the address can sign for your package. We will send tracking information with your shipment - it is your responsibility to track the package and be prepared to sign for the package in order to have it arrive safely.

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages containing jewelry over $100 must be reported to us immediately. Email us at and include a picture of the item, along with its packaging (no exceptions). Any package reported as "delivered" by the USPS will not be available for insurance claim or refund with our shop. Once it is marked out as "delivered," the responsibility lies with the customer to file a claim with USPS. **We do not refund shipping costs. 

Most orders ship the following business day although ship times can vary slightly. Please note that we do not ship out on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions. Email us directly at for rush package requests.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.



Exchanges or store credit will be honored within 14 days of purchase. Purchase must be accompanied by proof of purchase and product must be in original, unaltered condition.

Sales final on all beauty (perfumes, etc.) and sale items.

As a small shop with a limited inventory, we do not accept returns.

Our jewelry designers will typically honor a free or low-cost repair should your item become damaged from normal wear-and-tear within a reasonable amount of time since purchase (6-months). While we cannot guarantee this, we are more than happy to work with you to repair items. We work with local professional jewelers for repairs and resizing at nominal fees. Please note that we do not print receipts or store your credit card information. If you refuse a digital receipt, your item is not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
